Joan has been a top producing member of the Sebastian Co. sales staff since 1976. She has an Illinois real estate broker's license and has also earned the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Realtors' Institute (GRI).

Joan is a member of several professional organizations, and is currently serving on the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and the Illinois Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee.

She is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
