Joan Sandrik, ABR, GRI

Joan Sandrik joined the Sebastian Co. team after buying her own home with Sebastian Co. She joined Sebastian Co. in 1975 and has since enjoyed “always being treated like family” and growing with the business.

Joan has been recognized as a consistent top producer for Sebastian Co. and served as Sales Manager from 1995 to 2002. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors®, the Illinois Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors® and currently serves on the Chicago Association of Realtors® Professional Standards Committee and the Illinois Realtor® Professional Standards Committee.

She is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago and has earned professional designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI).

Joan describes herself as a “confident, dedicated team player” who particularly enjoys the diversity of her clients’ needs. “Each client has special needs and requirements. It’s a challenge to help each of them and it keeps my job fresh and interesting.” Regardless of challenges, Joan strives to give each client the same personal, family experience many other families have enjoyed with Sebastian Co. Real Estate.

When she finds a spare moment, Joan enjoys reading a good mystery novel, playing golf and card games, and spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.
