John W. Allen

John Allen attended Loyola University and has devoted much of his professional career to providing customer service and support, which he believes has helped him become a “uniquely qualified” agent to help you in your real estate needs. John has been a licensed broker and a valuable member of the Sebastian Co. Real Estate team since 2005.

John has experience working with clients who are looking to rent or buy, and particularly enjoys the excitement of working with first-time home buyers. Due to his ample experience in sales, consulting, project management, and an astute attention to detail, John is confident that he is the ideal agent “to counsel, manage, and facilitate a smooth real estate transaction.”

Having lived in Park Ridge since 1985, John knows the Northwest suburbs well, and in his free time he enjoys playing tennis, golf, and biking in the area.
