Karen Haaning, originally from Park Ridge IL, currently resides in Mount Prospect IL. She has had her real estate license since 1997 and has worked for the family business since and has also worked in marketing and direct mail fundraising.

Real Estate sales are her first love. Her father, Joe Sebastian, motivated Karen to become a Realtor®. She had always known at some point after college she would get her real estate license so that she could work with him. It is a genuine honor for Karen to work with her father.

Karen enjoys working with people and helping them find a home where they will be happy living and raising a family. She listens to their needs and desires and goes out of her way to provide maximum quality choices for prospective real estate buyers.

The fact that she grew up listening to her father, grandfather and uncle talk about real estate and watch how they helped their clients, gave her a good understanding of the business even before she got her license.

Meeting and working with new people are a true pleasure for Karen. She finds it very gratifying to help clients find the home of their dreams.

Mount Prospect offers a wonderful living and recreational environment for Karen and her family. They are truly living their dream.

Karen likes to snow ski with her family as well as golfing with her husband and friends. She has been lucky to be able to coach her three daughters' grade school basketball and volleyball teams for the past 8 years.
