Chicagoland, its people and its neighborhoods are truly Tena Bonaguidi’s passion. Originally from Park Ridge, she grew up in Park Ridge, worked in the Chicago area while attending college and graduate school, and lived in Evanston for five years before moving to Wilmette, where she has lived for the past 18 years. Dedicated to her community, she became a Realtor® with Sebastian Co. Real Estate while also holding numerous volunteer roles, from chairing the Fundraising Committee in her daughter’s school to serving on the Board of Trustees of her local Church Board.

Tena enjoys working with people and getting to know them. All her professional life has involved creating and utilizing the most effective and most caring ways of helping others. After receiving her B.A. in Psychology/Human Services from National Louis University, and an M.A. in Social Work from the University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration, she worked for several years at Chicago hospitals in the Inpatient Physic Unit, coordinating patient care with families and individuals.

Responsive, organized, dedicated and understanding, Tena uses the skills she developed as a counselor to provide her realty clients with guidance and care through each step of the buying and selling process. She adds to that knowledge and skill a lifelong interest in real estate and houses, including her personal experience in rehabbing and building her own homes. Tena loves the creativity and endless possibilities of a new home.

Tena Bonaguidi is married and has two daughters, Sophia and Isabelle, in addition to two energetic Australian Labradoodles. She enjoys travel, reading, yoga, and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.
