Griffin Daleiden
Griffin Daleiden is a Sebastian Co. Real Estate Realtor who also recently started his own law firm specializing in residental and commercial real estate transactions as well as estate planning and civil litigation. With more than a decade of legal experience as an attorney, he has an edge on negotiating, mediating, and advocating client interests. And after he closes the real estate deal for his clients, he can continue providing value to clients beyond closing by assisting them with estate planning needs or helping them in the case of an accident.
Very personable and approachable, Griffin believes in building trusting relationships with customers so that they feel comfortable with the homebuying or selling process. His experience as an attorney allows him to offer practical advice to clients so that they can make informed decisions without regret. He never wants anyone to have ‘buyer’s remorse’ and always strives to ensure that every client is 100% happy with the decisions they make. “I want clients to feel well supported and represented so that they can focus on building their future and enjoy owning their new home or property.”

He especially enjoys helping people navigate through the homebuying process and knowing that he is part of such a huge milestone in his clients’ lives.
His reason for getting into real estate: “Buying or selling a home is an important milestone for everyone, and I want to assist and help people in making these important life decisions.” Highly practical and empathetic, “I try to put myself in the client’s shoes so that I can best represent their interests instead of my own.”
His most important advice: “I think it is always important to gather as much information as possible at the very start so that my client and I can make the most informed decisions. It is never ideal to rush through a real estate purchase, and you should always be as prepared as possible.”
Griffin’s civil litigation work has included personal injury, property damage, breach of contract, and insurance coverage disputes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, slip and fall, construction accidents, wrongful death, and breach of contract claims. His broad range of experience allows him to approach any situation that may arise, provide sound advice, and create effective solutions.
Originally brought up in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago, and currently residing in Park Ridge, Griffin has had a lifelong appreciation and admiration for all that the wonderful neighborhoods and properties of Chicagoland have to offer, including its diversity, unique architecture, and cultural influences that characterize the housing market.
Griffin loves exploring the city and suburbs and discovering what makes each community special. He also plays golf and basketball and enjoys exercise, including running, biking and going to the gym. One of the biggest highlights of his life was graduating law school and passing the bar exam (on the first try). He is most proud of his loving and supportive wife and two daughters.
